Do I need to have the camera tuned on during the Sessions?
Yes, it is obligatory to have your camera turned on, otherwise the Session will not be conducted. We strive for best results possible, and we do believe that video Sessions contribute for the success of the Sessions.
Can I have a Session with the Coach in order to address my mental health issues like: eating disorder, depression, etc?
At the moment the Coach does not work with people who have mental health issues (please, visit the “Areas of work” sections on the Website), however soon she will be working as a Therapist, too. If you are interested in addressing mental health issues – please, keep an eye on the Website where we will announce the change or send us an email to the email address: cleinets.diyanatherapy@gmail.com and let us know that you would like to be informed when the Coach starts to work as Therapist.
Can I cancel a booked Session?
Yes, we understand that life happens, and cancellation of a book Session may be needed. You are able to cancel a booked Session at latest one hour before the booked Session in order to receive your money back. For example: if your Session is booked for 12 November 2023 at 10:00 o’clock (your time zone), you will be able to cancel the session at latest 12 November, 8:59 (your time zone).
How can I cancel a booked Session?
You can do that by logging into your Profile – go to “My Sessions” – pick the relevant period range from the Calendar – pick up the Session you would like to cancel – Click on the pencil that appears on the right side of the booked Session – click the button “Cancel”. You will receive an automated email that your Session is cancelled. In case of any difficulties encountered – please, send us an email to: clients.diyanatherapy@gmail.com
Am I going to receive my money back in case of a cancellation (before the conduct of the Session)?
Yes, in case of cancellation of a booked Session with the Coach by your side (before and/or without performance of the Session), the money paid by you will be returned within 14 working upon email receipt (by the Coach) of a request for return. We are not responsible for the date of the receival of the money in your bank account.
Can I request returning of my money in case of not satisfaction with a performed Session?
Yes, however we allow that to happen only after the first Session performed. If you continue using the Service of the Coach more than one time, we assume that you are happy with the service provided.
Please, let us know after the first Session conducted at email address: clients.diyanatherpay@gmail.com, in case of dissatisfaction with the service provided.
Claims for reimbursement will be accepted upon submission within 3 days after the conduction of the Session and such a request can be done only in relation to the first Session. The coach still reserves the right to deny the reimbursement per her sole discretion without giving any explanation for the decision made.
The money will be returned to you within 14 working days upon email receipt (by the Coach) of a request for return and her approval. We are not responsible for the date of the receival of the money in your bank account.
Can I reschedule a Session booked? If I can do that – do I need to pay again?
Yes, you can always reschedule a Session booked. Keep in mind that you do not need to pay again. The money that you have paid will be accepted automatically for the newly scheduled Session.
How can I reschedule a booked Session?
You can do that by logging into your Profile – go to “My Sessions” – pick the relevant period range from the Calendar (including the date of the Session you would like to reschedule) – pick up the Session you would like to reschedule – Click on the pencil that appear on the right side of the booked Session – Click the button “Reschedule” – Choose the new available hour and date that fits your schedule. You will receive an automated email that your Session is rescheduled. Please, wait for the Coach to approve the newly scheduled Session. You will receive an email when it is done. Can I delete my profile?
If you would like to delete your profile – please, contact us at clinets.diyanatherapy@gmail.com with the request for deletion and we will do that immediately for you.
