Hello, my name is Diyana Dimitrova. I am working as a coach and have degree in cognitive hypnotherapy. I am a former lawyer, an author, and a podcast host. Beyond the roles and titles, I am simply a human being—just like you—navigating the physical experience of life, with an openness to growth, learning, and the deeper questions that arise along the way.

Psychology has always been an integral part of my life. My intuitive nature and deep curiosity have driven me to ask profound questions, inspiring me to explore both the conscious and unconscious aspects of human awareness as deeply as possible. Over the past eight years, I have immersed myself in the field of psychology through extensive reading, learning and studying, complemented by countless hours of personal therapy. I hold a degree in cognitive hypnotherapy, which has provided me with a solid foundation in understanding human behavior and mental processes. While my academic background is in therapy, my current professional focus is as a coach (not as a mental health provider), where I apply my knowledge to support clients in their personal development, goal settings and achievements, relationships, time management and stress.

While I deeply value academic knowledge, I believe that life itself is the greatest teacher. I have personally struggled with anxiety for much of my life, PTSD symptoms, co-dependency issues, deep generational fears I could not really understand, and while healing once seemed impossible, I came to realize that this feeling was an illusion created by the mind.
