Hello! My name is Diyana Dimitrova. I am a cognitive hypnotherapist (in progress), former lawyer, author and podcast host. When we remove the “title” awareness, I am just like you: a spirit, having physical experience.

Psychology has always been a part of me, my highly intuitive nature and curiosity have always asked a lot of questions which led me to diving deep into the human conscious and unconscious awareness. I have spent more than eight years in the psychological area (reading, learning), I have countless hours of personal therapy myself and currently I am completing a study that will give me the rights to practise not only as a coach, but also as a cognitive hypnotherapist. I am already registered as a student member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy in the UK.

 Although I highly appreciate the academical knowledge, there is not a better teacher than life itself. I have suffered from anxiety for most part of my life and although complete healing felt impossible at certain points, that was just an illusion of the mind. Healing and change are always possible when a present, consistent, determined and open attitude is involved. During my personal development journey, I realised that I studied and practised law for the wrong reasons in the first place. I had two options:  either to reconcile with “what is” and continue doing what did not feel like “me” or to make a change. I chose the latter. Not an easy path considering the fact that I spent more than ten years investing in this area, but so much worthy. There is a big difference between reconciliation and humility, and I am a big advocate for practising humility during the process of change. Actually, “wrong” paths do not exist. We cannot make it wrong. It’s all a learning process.

One of my biggest passions is seeing people thriving and living their best life. I want to see more and more people knowing their worth, not settling for less than they deserve and being the true expression of who they really are.
