Personal Development
Personal development is all about continuous growth and self-improvement. The ability to bounce back is a key trait for making your life better, as life will constantly challenge us. Self-discovery and self-awareness will empower you to take control and accountability of your life, it will transform you in ways you even did not dream about. Once the inner world is changed for better, the whole outer world changes for better, as well. I am glad to walk in this journey next to you. Actually, it is one of my favourite areas of working with clients.
Goal Settings and Achievement
No matter what the final goal looks like, you have the whole strength and capability to get there. Limiting the toxic self-talk, getting rid of the negative self-beliefs and self-sabotage behaviours will lead you exactly where you want to be. Whether related to career, relationships, health, personal development, setting the goal and achieving. I am happy to help you with the process and the realisation of its feasibility.
Relationships
Relationships (intimate, family, work-related, friendships, etc) may be challenging at times. Building healthy relationships is important for our sense of belonging and fulfilment. Healthy relationships are a continuation of our strong sense of self-worth, setting healthy boundaries, removing the co-dependent, manipulative and controlling patterns that we may apply to others or others may apply to us (consciously or unconsciously). It is not always an easy process as fear often appears as a self-preserving component and the familiar autopilot gets a lot of momentum, but there are not impossible things when a strong determination is present.
Time Management and Stress
Achieving efficiency in various aspects of life is important in relation to time management. Increasing your productivity and organisational skills will help you to save time. Less efforts and more results due to optimisation which I call “self-optimisation” will lead you to a great new reality.

During our work, I would love to see as much as possible the real, raw, authentic you that knows and remembers that there is no emotion, feeling, desire, temptation, action, reaction, etc. that cannot be shared. While the world wants to see you a certain way, I want to see your truest self and your truest self will help us the most in our work.
People have all the answers within themselves.
Everyone possesses innate wisdom and intuition that they can tap into, so that they can make important decisions in their lives. Oftentimes intuition and wisdom are silenced due to complex societal and individual factors. I will make sure that while asking the right questions and giving you the appropriate guidance, you will be able to hear what sometimes is deeply buried inside.
People are not broken. People do not need fixing.
I strongly believe in the inherent worth, power and potential of humanity. People are not defined by their traumas, mistakes, or the challenges faced. Through a lot of positive psychology approaches, I am able to help you remember your strength, your capacity to grow, learn and improve. There are no mistakes, just learning points. What you have been yesterday is not what you are today, nor what you are going to be tomorrow. Change is inevitable and happens constantly even if it is not noticeable at first. However, positive change requires effort, and I am glad to walk next to you through this path.
Our meeting point is at a non-judgemental place where understanding and compassion lie.
People have done the best with what they had at the moment and with their level of their awareness. Creating a safe and secure place for my clients during our sessions is my main priority. There is not anything that cannot be shared. There is not a “sin” big enough than the mind ready for positive change. Remember – we cannot make it wrong.
Results matter, despite how slow or fast they are. Everything than nothing is still something.
It is not about “all” or “nothing”. During our work we will give light and celebrate both the tremendous, transformative changes and the small and sometimes almost invisible ones. Every step matters.
No expectations towards you as a client.
Nothing must, have to or should be. There are societal expectations, norms, values, behaviours that collective awareness deems as appropriate in regards to education, success, gender roles, career, family and relationships, body image, behaviours, personal achievements and the list goes on and on. It is easy among all of that people to feel lost and unfulfilled.

I work as a coach at the moment, not as a therapist. However, it will be changed in the near future. One of my biggest passions is seeing people thriving and living their best life. I want to see more and more people knowing their worth, not settling for less than they deserve and being the true expression of who they really are.
